We realise that your valued purchase means a lot to you and that you have put a great deal of thought and care into making your final decision.

Our delivery staff have many years of experience delivering items into customers’ homes, we do not contract out our deliveries to a third party company, and we use our own employees.

They take as much care as is needed to ensure you are left with a feeling of satisfaction seeing your furniture delivered into the room of your choice, put in the exact position you want and all packaging removed for re-cycling purposes.

Our staff will treat your furniture as if it was their own, inspecting, carefully loading and safely delivering it to your home.

Blankets are placed on top of carpets and flooring for additional protection and great care is taken to protect your property when going around those awkward corners and narrow doorways.

We always are appreciative if our customers alert us to any potential difficulties of that nature so that we can, if necessary come prepared. In some instances, we will even do a “dummy run” so that you have complete peace of mind that your purchase will be able to be successfully delivered.

We also offer free delivery within a 50 mile radius of our store.

Here at M Burrows Furniture World we understand that life is full of the unexpected. Do not fear, we’ve got you covered. Our 5 Year Premier Protection plan is just what you need for complete peace of mind. Premier protection is available for all of our fabric and leather sofas and the 5 year warranty will protect you against accidental spills, damages and any structural defects.

How do I Take Out the 5 Year Protection Plan?

The protection plan can be taken out anytime between the goods being ordered and delivery. No deposit is required on our protection plan and it can be cancelled at any point prior to delivery. The balance will be due along with the balance of the goods.

Please note our Furniture Protection plan CAN NOT be taken out after delivery.
